We have used WordPress and various plugins to develop this website and we collect information relating to the usage of our website is collected using cookies, please read our cookie policy for further information. We’ll use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to the site.

Memberships
We use the Memberships plugin to manage user membership on our site, it helps us identify what users are interested in and also helps our users keep their records up to date. It can also be used by our users to remove their personal data from the site.
- Personal Data collected: Email Address, Username, First Name, Last Name, Interest Fields (selected information by user), Hospital Name, Procedure/Treatment/Condition, Months to Procedure, Postal Address.

- Retention: We store this information for 5 years.
Contact Forms 7
We have a contact form on the site. If you choose to message us, the contact form is emailed a ticketing management system managed by Row-A Limited. Furthermore, the message you send is stored in the database, the messages are deleted from the database after 365 days unless they are still being used. No further correspondence is stored beyond your original message.
- Personal Data collected: Name, email address, and any information to provide in the comment box and subject line.

Woocommerce
Woocommerce is used on this site, please do read the Automattic Privacy Policy if you wish to understand what data they retain. This plugin is used to process the delivery and ordering of our products. It retains order information.

Third-Party Portals
We use the following tools to help us with marketing and making sure the site is secure and backed up regularly.
Website BackUp’s
We host our site with GoDaddy who do a weekly back up which is kept for 30 days until replaced with a new back up. Please do read the GoDaddy Pricy policy for further information on their data retention.
Our second set of backups are taken every 6 hours and retained for 2 weeks by Row-A all the backups are encrypted and stored on UK servers.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
- Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Mailchimp
We use MailChimp for our marketing, you can unsubscribe if you have subscribed by logging into their site. There is also an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mailing we have sent out from their site.
Active Patients using Mailchimp, Row-A have access to. Mailchimp stores all its data in a secure cloud server, it’s a private account with no other individuals being able to access the data. Mailchimp is an email customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Facebook stores all it’s information and data on a remote secure server, it is a public page where anyone can find it, but only we will have access to data of individuals. Facebook is a social media network website.
